Shipments to Northwest Territories, the Yukon and Nunavut are charged actual shipment costs. Orders over $75 are eligible for free shipping.

Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse you will receive an email with your tracking information.
Damages and Lost Shipments
Fashioncareco.com is not liable for any damaged or lost products during shipping. If you receive a damaged product or your product has been lost please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Keep your tracking number and any damaged goods for your claim.
Returns
We want you to love our products as much as we do! If you’re not satisfied, you can return your unused product to us within 14 days for a refund or exchange.
Due to the nature of our products, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return Shipping
To return your product, ship your product to: The Forever Group, 150 Saint Regis Crescent South, Toronto ON M3J 1Y8, Canada
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For returns over $75, we recommend you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned items.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
